Also, it should be mentioned, this mansion is only privately rented to couples getting married and never available for the general public. The mansion also has various locations within to create a whimsical feeling. From the English gardens, to the European Gallery, and stunning vintage decor everything is accounted for. Even with inclement weather it’s equally important to note, there is a backup location already on standby before you have to worry about contingency.

JOLENE FAMILY WINERY – WEDDING VENUE CLOSE TO RICHMOND

Jolene Family Winery is just at the outskirts of Richmond, however it is a perfect addition to this list. It is located in New Kent County next to the Tom Brooke Lake providing spectacular views. The winery is also unique in the fact that it has a true greenhouse for you to exchange vows in, while creating the perfect intimate atmosphere. One thing to remember though; the greenhouse is a true greenhouse. So, it can get a bit warm. However, they do provide air conditioning. If you are looking to get married outside, there are accommodations for that decision, as well. THE BOATHOUSE AT ROCKETT’S LANDING – A RICHMOND VENUE

The Boathouse at Rockett’s Landing is another one of Richmond’s best wedding venues. It also has a riverfront view, but includes floor to ceiling windows. SEVEN SPRINGS – MANQUIN WEDDING VENUE

Seven Springs is located just outside of the Richmond area in Manquin. So, it’s a bit of a drive but absolutely worth it. The property is located on a large sprawling estate of about 100 acres. This location also provides classic elegance with historic charm. There are a variety of amenities to choose from that includes: planning, concise timeline creation, rentals, and a choice between indoor or outdoor hosting. They also provide lodging for overnight stays. There are a number of guests houses to choose from. In addition to the charm, the venue includes a “Bourbon Garden” for couples to follow the timely tradition of burying their bottle of choice to dig up as a wedding activity.

HOLLYFIELD MANOR – WEDDING VENUE IN MANQUIN

Hollyfield is a gorgeous 18th century mansion that was renovated to host wedding exclusively. Firstly, the location comes with luxurious suites for both partners to get ready with their bridal party in style. Notably, there are three different sites within the property to choose for your ceremony. The first ceremony site overlooks the lilypad covered lake that seems to have been made for golden hour. The second choice is on the front steps of the mansion, and the third is in front of the bright red barn. Also, there is a rustic area designed for the cocktail hour that provides a quaint but exciting experience for guests. Lastly, the staff is well trained to plan and provide top notch services for your planning needs.

THE JEFFERSON – BEST WEDDING VENUE IN RICHMOND

Saving the best for the last – The Jefferson hotel finishes off the list of best wedding venues in Richmond for a lot of reasons, but mainly because of the top notch service.
